Vlu Field Report // 17 September 2026

The Iron March

The first report came from a frontier hangar: an old walker had returned from the workshops, its frame carrying a weight and strength no pilot remembered.

Then the other transmissions arrived. Engines were outrunning the horizon. New weapons filled the forges. Something enormous moved through Dathomir’s mist, while strangers among the stars watched from above.

The galaxy had not received a single change. It had entered a new chapter.

From scout frame to armored sentinel

Three Walkers Reforged

The nimble AT-RT, the steadfast AT-PT, and the versatile AT-XT have all undergone a sweeping battlefield refit.

Reinforced joints, hardened drive assemblies, and newly fitted armor now give each machine 100,000 durability. These are no longer fragile transports waiting beyond the firing line. They are walkers built to endure the battle around them.

Their plating is now classified as Heavy armor, providing real protection against incoming fire rather than a title painted on the hull.

No walker left behind

The Recall That Needs No Order

I

The Veterans

The refit is not reserved for newly acquired machines. Walkers already owned throughout the galaxy are included.

II

The Next Summons

Call an existing AT-PT, AT-XT, or AT-RT from the datapad and its reinforced frame will be ready for service.

III

Scars Preserved

A damaged walker keeps the same proportion of battle wear during the refit. Reinforcement strengthens the machine without erasing its history.

The roads grow shorter

Engines Against the Horizon

Mechanics did not stop with the walkers. Across the galaxy, every rideable vehicle has been tuned to travel one and a half times faster than before.

Most vehicles now reach a swift 63 meters per second. The legendary AV-21, Sith Speeder, and the stock, HK-47, and JT-12 Jetpacks lead the pack at 72 meters per second.

Old vehicles and newly acquired machines share the same improvements. Wherever the road leads, it now arrives sooner.

Warnings from the wilderness

Things That Hunt the Hunter

IV

Big Tooth

A gargantuan world-boss Rancor now stalks Dathomir. Those who survive may claim his guaranteed, peerless Rancor Bile, rolling 550–800 power, 1,200–2,000 charges, and 50–75 uses.

V

Ambushes in the Wild

Level-300 Black Sun and Death Watch forces can now appear dynamically across the planets, striking as dangerous surprise encounters.

VI

Visitors From Above

A rare UFO encounter may find an unsuspecting traveler, abduct them, and deposit them somewhere on another world—with one fewer toe and a story nobody will believe.

Knowledge restored

The Forges Remember

Master Weaponsmiths now receive the full modern catalogue promised to their profession: eight final Scatterguns join their learned schematics, while six additional Force Resonance harvesters broaden the tools available to dedicated crafters.

The profession’s remembered knowledge now returns reliably when a master enters the galaxy, without stripping away recipes already learned.

Crusader armor’s color controls have also been restored with a broad 251-color palette, allowing both color channels to answer the wearer’s choice.

Tools of the hunt

Refined in Hand and Laboratory

VII

DNA Beyond the Old Limit

Master Bio-Engineers can pursue an expanded catalogue of high-level creatures, and valid samples above level 75 are no longer lost to the old ceiling.

VIII

Scatterguns Refit

The R41, R42, and R43 Scatterguns have been resized and realigned for a cleaner, more natural fit in a warrior’s hands.

IX

The Electrostaff Strikes True

The MagnaGuard Electrostaff’s missing impact effect has been restored. Close the game and use Scan/Update in the launcher to receive the latest visual refinements.

A mechanic’s last entry

Footsteps Beyond the Door

By nightfall, the hangar was empty.

Where three machines had once rested beneath welding sparks, only deep footprints remained in the dust outside. Beyond them, the trails of speeders cut fresh lines toward a wilderness now filled with rarer rewards and greater danger.

The mechanic closed the ledger and listened as distant cannons began to answer.

“They asked for an update,” the final line read. “The galaxy gave them an era.”

Steel has found its stride.

Mount up, leave the hangar behind, and let the galaxy hear the iron march.
